The Brief
The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW is the government approved dispute resolution scheme for New South Wales electricity and gas customers, and some water customers.
EWON NSW required a new website with a contemporary design that allows users to access information quickly. The site needed to be supported by an intuitive Content Management System with the flexibility to allow staff to customise templates for their use.
The Solution
Bright Labs revamped the website information architecture to suit EWON customers so that they could easily find information and also developed it to be WCAG AA accessible for visitors with a disability.
The Outcome
The successful implementation of a website that EWON utilises as a tool to facilitate a fair and reasonable outcome for all parties.
